紫陽花も咲き、梅雨の気配が漂っていますね。
先日、お友達がスパイスと野菜とお肉だけで作り、じっくりじっくり熟成させてから作った、超こだわりドライカレー弁当の試食会をさせていただきました。
濃厚なスパイスの風味とキレのある辛み、でも角のない円やかな奥深い味。
半分はドライカレー本来の味を楽しんで、後半はトッピングの温泉玉子で、トロりんマイルドなドライカレーを堪能致しました。
身体も心も大満足の元気になれるランチでした。

Hope all is going well for you.
Very good friend of mine is just about to open a curry lunch box delivery shop. So today I get to try a sample curry lunch box.
It was really yummy! Spicy, but not too hot.
Also with Soft boiled egg, it becomes very mild and rich but still you can enjoy the flavour of spices.
I am so staffed! I think I am ready to take a nap... Wish... hahaha.
